Concurrent experiences?

Terran: It is said that there is no time and that everything is happening at once from the perspective of the essence and Source.  

Terran: Are there recorded cases of 2 or more people on Earth being concurrent in Earth linear time perception by the same alpha *essence?  [alpha essence being a the first instance of that particular essence frequency.  Each instance of essence frequency has a singular experience memory complex across all  inbodyments in form.  This forms the basis of that instance's essence's identity.  There can be and are multiple instances sharing the same frequency that have completely different experiences and memories and locale. Most humans on Earth cannot remember other lives they lived, but the memories are still there, just unaccessed. ]

Terran: Is this the reason for separate timelines which when collapsed present as the “Mandela Effect”? Is there any records of concurrent human/Lyran descended beings elsewhere (other than Earth)?
