Update 1: I found an image that is closer to what I saw while watching Star Trek Piccard, This of the character "Rios" in that series. Its quite close to Regault.I saw. It's uncanny.

Terran note: A couple weeks ago I got a one word message from Thor, “REGAULT”. Only thing I could find were some olid genealogical records from the 1700s in France for that surname. The search engines frankly looked scrubbed.

Terran: The painting has a gold flourish on a horse bridle or cart strap of either horses or chickens in red and gold. I’m leaning towards horses given the context. (Perspective was very close to canvas)
Terran: These are “beautiful” people (attractive) and wealthy. He is like a more handsome version of the young version of comedian Dennis Miller. Average to tall height for a Frenchman
Terran: Oh this is interesting looks now like the couple has their hands tied behind their backs and they are sitting back to back on the bed. They are not gagged, but it feels that is because the apartment is sound proof. Don’t know who tied their hands
