Terran Note: This memory appears, with the data I have now, to be my attempt to capture a data crystal to forestall the collapse of Atlantis 2.
I was apprehended by soldiers and taken to an off-site interrogation center via a portal. I do not know where the interrogation center was. The odd thing was the similarity of their uniforms to that of the German Third Reich, but instead of black leather it appeared to be a polymer like stuff the something like neoprene.
My sense is there was a covert group within Atlantis 2 operating, collecting intelligence and running subversion operations.
Apparently I died while being tortured as the scene simply went black with no more data. This may have been why I had the reaction I did to trying to connect to Atlantis 2 again with Loie. I was quite surprised to know this happened to me, but was able to find the emotion and release it associated with this event and have felt much lighter in nature after that.
Terran note 8/25/2020: More data has come forward from Antarctica/Andorra base since this was posted that there is an inbodyment of me, Contan Ribart, Contan dates back to Altantis 2 - so I don't know if I died from the torture - of if there was more than one simultaneous inbodyment at that moment. There are many unanswered questions.

Terran: Would like to do some more heart work with Loie if she is agreeable.
Denice: sure. . .do you want to start now and I can move between here and the kitchen? or do you want to wait? about 45 minutes or so

Terran: Hi Loie can we work again?
Loie: Bill I am with you. I assist in your work as you go, Dear. It is pure love.
Loie: Do you feel me?
Loie: Do you feel the flow?
Terran: Thank you. Yes I felt it the moment I asked. The flow has not ceased. It picked up again this afternoon.
Terran: Legs are getting warm
Loie: Enter your heart. It is where to begin.
Terran: Yes
Terran: Body is warmer than yesterday but not uncomfortable
Terran: I think I'm seeing Moscow [First image was of a big metal blue star, with silver on the edge, was the kind of graphics style similar to what the USSR once used]

Loie: Feel it. That is the way.
Terran: No someplace else... (not Moscow) not Earth at this now
Loie: Follow the energy, Bill. Allow it to flow through you.
Terran: It's an island
Terran: Came thru a coastal city then a residential area now just green islands. The star symbol I saw at first made me think Russia but it's tropical
Terran: Let me renter heart start over
Loie: Bill all is well. There is no hurry. There is no right way. You are perfect, love!
Terran: Not often I hear that Loie! Thanks!

Loie: Feel it now, Bill. It is well deserved. Feel it. You are perfect!
Terran: I don't know where I am it might be Atlantis 2 but does not look the way I expected. Looks very much like now but more trees and greenery and very much island based
Loie: Perfect. Enter the flow without expectations. It is that easy, Bill.
Loie: Feel where you are.
Terran: Seeing some amazing white beaches and shoals and coconut trees and a couple women sun bathing on an otherwise empty and pristine beach the water is crystal clear
Terran: There is a white helicopter type thing but not like on earth the front is very unusual it rises and I see a massive building. Round emerald green (glass?) with two half circles to the higher end like eyebrows
Terran: Seems to have internal gardens and walkways and people mover belts like a big airport on earth. I am walking through a massive atrium area outside an internal office block in this massive round structure of green glass.
Terran: There is a small black pillow in an office with a blueish purple gemstone oval shaped it glows with light maybe 1 inch the long direction . I say "CLARITY NOW" and the image enhances to see the glowing blue crystal on a glass or crystal slide slightly larger than a microscope slide.
Terran: I'm looking at it under a light, there is a fixture it's mounted in the crystal has rings within rings in it? Holograms? I see interference patterns in the crystal like one would in a holographic photograph. I sense it is a data storage crystal.
Loie: Feel it.
Terran: I think it's sapphire but a special kind. It is the color of sapphire but glowing brightly in the middle.
Terran: Someone is holding it and beaming a light thru at me to my eyes there are rings of light with triangle edges
Terran note: I seem to at this point lost possession of the crystal, it feels like i came in to abscond with this crystal to prevent something from happening (to prevent the destruction of Atlantis?). Men grab me, shove me into a hexagonal box just big enough for my body.Terran: They put me in a metal box!. Stasis chamber? It's not like the crystal one yesterday that the tall red headed "me" emerged from (stasis chamber), but same shape.
Terran: The box seems to be like a portal box, there's this tube I'm accelerated thru like a blue water slide.
Terran: I come out another place on a kind of olive green table reminds me oh how bowling balls come back out of the floor
Terran: Looks military guys in black coats almost neoprene looking and black hats that remind me of SS hats but not Nazis I think
Terran: Oh this is not good!
Terran: I think this is a torture room my mind does not want to see this, I think they are going to do something to me
Terran: It's an interrogation center. Image faded
Loie: You are safe. Bill. It is an illusion. Feel safe, dear!
Terran: My heart felt the emotion of that place
Loie: And release it to Source, Bill. Allow it to flow.
Terran: I will... They had a torture rack and it was steel with hydraulic pistons
Terran: Oh Loie I had no idea I had gone thru that...
Terran: I don't know who they were
Terran: Doesn't matter

Terran: I think I was trying to intercept that crystal and was captured...
Loie: Release it and it is gone forever. Remember Bill. Nothing like this will ever be repeated again, dear!
Terran: I have no image after that it goes black
Loie: Rest, and feel the love surround you, and flow through you.
Terran: Was the island Atlantis?
Terran: I'm feeling better it's passing
Terran: I go back into heart and see what's next
Terran: I could see the complete detail of that contraption including where the paint wore off to bare metal from use.... I was there...
Loie: Bill you must feel where you are. This is all for you and through you. And designed by you, dear. I am with you.
Terran: Feels like late Atlantis period
Loie: Yes, the illusion is very, very real. When you allow it to flow, the pain flows away as well.
Terran: The fear and pain is gone
Loie: Feel something joyful now? It is perfect!
Terran: Joyful not quite but optimistic the next is better
Terran: That was not expected
Terran: We have these notions of Atlantis being different than they way things look now but someways not so different.
Loie: Yes. Appearances are a combination of ancient, present, and space age. Do you feel that?
Terran: Yes very much like that!
Terran: Nature was more pristine then
Terran: Especially the oceans
Terran: The water was so clear
Loie: Bill, feel what you shared just now. 'Then', 'was.' There is only 'there' and 'is'. More pristine 'there'. The water 'is' so clear. Do you feel now? There is no time, dear.
Terran: Yes. This place still exists doesn't it?
Loie: Yes, love. It still exists.
Terran: What gives us this illusion of past and present?
Loie: Bill you know the answer to that. Feel the answer.
Terran: Belief?
Loie: Programming, construct, 'matrix' all the same. Yes.
Terran: Well after that I'd like to clear my palate... Shall we go in heart again and maybe find happier moments?

Terran: Well that's different, something like a firehose of some kind of lightweight liquid rock poured a slab floor out some kind of foaming concrete
Terran: It's textured in a cool pattern that is nonslip
Terran: Seems to be a home in a rock mountain cliff above a forest
Terran: I'm building it
Terran: It's like a hive of homes for many people
Terran: Very early stage
Terran: There's another white mountain limestone I think. People are entering limestone openings
Terran: Reminds me of the great halls of Andromeda Thor shared but I don't see kilts this is more Knights in armor [look]
Terran: Spears and helmets light blue grey tunics
Terran: It's a dining hall
Terran: Okay that interesting I just made a crooked stone retaining wall straight by just thinking it looked better straight and the entire thing moved itself in the ground so it was!
Terran: I seem to be able to excavate ground in this place the same way
Terran: I Need to rest Loie

Terran: NABRAC at what point did you bump up in frequency? During the Plato lifetime?
Nabrac: TERRAN. I "BUMPED" DOWN IN FREQUENCY TO PLAY THE ROLE OF PLATO. FREQUENCIES RETURNED TO "NORMAL" WHEN I LEFT THAT INBODYMENT. NABRAC.
Terran: Did you have an earth form prior to that one?
Nabrac: TERRAN. NO. NABRAC.
Terran: NABRAC how are we doing?
Nabrac: TERRAN. THE ACCELERATION CONTINUES. YOUR WORK OF RECENT MOMENTS IS MAGNIFICENT. NABRAC.

Terran: Who was the red haired man I saw?

Terran: I saw it walking was not sure if it was now or another inbodyment. At this moment it feels like Quetz
Terran: The hair reminded me of the Mayan headress
Terran: NABRAC was it Quetzecoatl?
Nabrac: TERRAN. YES. NABRAC.

Terran: The being who was tortured who was that?

Terran: Is the stuff i am seeing from all my inbodyments or just the alpha?

Terran: The crystal was a data crystal correct?
Nabrac: TERRAN. YES. NABRAC.
Terran: So I will see stuff for Thor, SherrAn ,etc right?
Nabrac: TERRAN. YES. AND YOU WILL KNOW IT IS EACH ONE. NABRAC.
Terran: What was the significance of the data crystal? It was not large.
Nabrac: TERRAN. LARGE IS NOT A MEASURE OF CAPACITY IN CRYSTALS. IF IT WAS USED INCORRECTLY, THESE MOMENTS MAY HAVE BEEN VERY DIFFERENT. IT WAS NOT. NABRAC.
Terran: My form in Atlantis was Antarantanka correct?
Nabrac: TERRAN. IT [ANTARANTANKA] WAS YOUR FORM IN THE GARDEN. THE CRYSTAL IS PART OF THE CREATION RECORDINGS. NABRAC.
Terran: What was in the crystal?
Terran: I take it the Draco captured the crystal?
Nabrac: TERRAN. ATTEMPTED. RETURNED TO SAFETY. ENTRUSTED TO SKYE AND HOS. NABRAC.
Terran: Did I transition form as a result of that failed attempt to get the crystal?
Nabrac: TERRAN. I INVITE YOU TO YOUR HEART ONCE MORE TO SEE THE "RESULTS". NABRAC.
Terran: NABRAC I will. But I do not yet have the ability to get everything I seek I just get what flows which seems mostly now about what I need to release or realize about myself
Terran: Your point is well taken
Nabrac: TERRAN. YES FOR NOW IT FLOWS GENTLY. NEXT, YOU DIRECT YOUR FOCUS AND SEE ALL AS YOU DESIRE. NABRAC.
Terran: I know this sounds strange because you are me but I'm very grateful to your service to me and ALL
Nabrac: TERRAN. NOT STRANGE. PERFECT. AND I AM IN GRATITUDE. NABRAC.
Terran: NABRAC I don't know the details of what transpired in Atlantis yet, I assume I know soon. I get the feeling it was necessary to shorten the duration of the WHAT IF and the Draco perhaps did an unwitting service to all by making it so nobody wanted it to continue. Is that a somewhat accurate appraisal?
Nabrac: TERRAN. THAT IS A COMPLETELY ACCURATE SUMMARY. NABRAC.
Terran: NABRAC I feel like my emotional clearings are affecting others. Is there a way I can ameliorate the negative side of that but still have them experience the good side of it, or is it something they have to ride out with me?
Terran: TERRAN. YOUR WORK DOES NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON OTHERS.
