Cobra: A Short Message to the Surface Population

Terran note: I found the first paragraph of this interesting, fits what I was feeling... as to a fleet of draco held in hidden reserve until the last moments... Thor mentioned:

Thor: TERRAN. TOGETHER WE ALL “BLAZED” THE TRAIL THROUGH THE LAYERS. NOW NEW LAYERS. FIRMER. STRONGER. DARKER. ARE REVEALED. AND HOLD FAST FOR NOW. THOR. 

Terran: Are these newly emergent or were they always there? 

Thor: ALWAYS PRESENT. JUST “UNCOVERED”. THOR. 

Terran: Then that is progress of a sort! 

Terran: HATJ always said “when the proxies are gone the principals have to show themselves  

Thor: TERRAN. AND ALL IS SEEN. THOR.

Cobra does indeed have Pleiadian contacts. What Cobra is and does, is a very complex subject... I have asked on numerous occasions that Cobra be fully "read in"... whether he has or not I am not sure. Each plays their role of choice.  I am assuming IBC stands for "International Banking Cabal".

A Short Message to the Surface Population

There were some drastic military escalations behind the scenes a few hours ago, and there is now a full scale war going on between the Galactic Confederation and the Draco fleet in sublunar space, and a full scale war between the Resistance Movement and the Illuminati Breakaway Complex in the underground bases. Nothing can be said at this time about the operations on the surface, as all is still classified.

Although the end result of this war is a clear Draco and IBC defeat, the energy of this conflict will precipitate to the surface of the planet as increased violence among members of the surface population, and as violence from the Cabal towards the surface humanity...
