I am in the process of researching the purported Quantum Financial System videos being promulgated on YouTube recently.  It's an involved process and might take a while.  So far it feels, with the exception of "Kim Possible" the same old spooks promoting the same old hope harvesting schemes. One slide show asserts there is a QFS finanical document at the White House, there is no such document.

This particular got my attention with this video below.  The data on how the financial system "used to work" feels accurate based on what I know.   She also is aware that some particulars have been "benched" for not helping humanity, which also caught my interest.  Few know that data.  And if they do, they won't admit it.

I don't know if she she is who she purports to be, or if she holds the position she claims, and if she does have that position, who put her there?  She purports to have collapsed 6500 Money Trusts into the one "Manna" Trust.  Funny how these Trusts are only acknowledged after the fact.

I will remind my readers that the Ferdinand Marcos "INFINITE" accounts, with a bazillion zeros in purported collateral, is an allusion to the monetizing of human beings, Source in body.  Sometimes called "GOLD DNA". In alchemy silver is an allusion to the body, gold the soul/essence.  Modern banking is the purest form of human trafficking every devised.  Humans are literally priceless. You are more than your body.

The One People's Public Trust, which Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf worked with and reconciled, was an ASSET trust not a money trust.   Heather's filings remain in full force regardless of attempts to get around it by those with 99.9998% similar DNA.  The Financial System sentient crystal in Europe, knows this. 

Kim mentions Swissindo,  I have to wonder if she was part of the "crew" that worked with Neil Keenan and the Indonesian elders?  I don't have enough data to know, right now.  Neal Keenan is no where to be seen now, as are many "players" from 2012-2014.  The faces change, the templates used seldom do.

Kim does know a lot more about high level banking than most RV/GCG and NESARA/GESARA shills know. 

The clued in will notice the relationship of the old system to the banker's obsession with 3, 6, 9 grids, a dumbed down overlay prone grid system subset of the universal 3, 6, 9, 12 grid. 

You might also notice the relationship of her purported new financial system structure to the Marko Rodin energy circuit. Banking was always about the energy of humanity, and how it's controlled and directed.

My hunch is she has been workin at this longer than since 2016.

The Crew From Planet Rizq is Not Coming To Rescue... Mike Cechanowicz, Sakli, Malik Hughes, Neil Keenan EXPOSED. GAME OVER.

Restored from an archive on July 1, 2025.  Adnan Sakli died in 2018 I think. I saw on Facebook a Mike Cechanovicz died in 2020, I don't know if it is the same man.  Malik Hughes lived/lives in Gibralter, extremely intuitive, he's barely in his body, but has since "found Jesus" and was following some female individual.  Malik has a tendency to give himself to beings we term "The Divines" (always talking about the divine plan or the heavenly plan, but their realm is not heaven - basically deception by presumption of the hearer). 

Mike Cechanovicz talked to Heather on a number of occasions and then attacked her on YouTube as being in it for money (she never ever solicited money from anyone).  

I met Heather on the telephone December 24th, 2012 (Christmas Eve).  I had no background in banking except for being a programmer in a loan servicing unit of a Savings and Loan in 1985 for six months. This particular bank was one of the first to create securitized tranches of loans which they usually sold off to the Saudis. I was pretty bored.  I knew nothing about how the high level banking worked except what I read in financial books I bought in the City of London, which was minuscule. 

I have reedited and eliminated the individual line Skype time/date stamps. I have added Brian Kelly's version of the title. Skype took those out once Microsoft bought them, and now Microsoft has shut down Skype itself.  I have don't other style edits to increase the readability of this post. Most of this data is well known to regular readers, but may be new to new readers.
