Doing well...

 

I am doing well.  Some days more energy than others but I can see the healing in my O2 stats, and the fading of all the little holes they poked in my arms.  This new BIPAP machine which I thought was overkill has actually expanded my lower lungs and I am breathing much deeper than I did before and the stats prove it. 

Tonight I don't have much of anything profound to say, just trying to rest and recoup.  If you ever go into a hospital, take a good amount of vitamin C afterwords, helps heal all the IV holes and it works fast.  I'm doing more around the house and had a physical therapist visit this week who said I was doing really well.  My endurance is building.   

Find myself not wanting to engage the who-did-what internet feeds.  I can feel in my body the effects of certain frequencies.   If I watch anything it's YouTube videos of custom car fabricators (these guys are creative!) and Japanese carpentry and other artisans.   There's something about those who create, they don't have time for messing or controlling people.  They seek beauty and innovation.

PS: Did any of you feel the bliss energies this week.  Three of us in Texas felt it, but it comes and goes like the wind sometimes.  I think we are at the edge of the galactic energy belt.   You will know it when you feel it.
