My oxygen levels are doing quite well. I'm learning the body adapts to planetary energy shifts and this energy changes within my own field. The trend overall is good, but sometimes it's 2 steps forward one step back. what's important is the steps forward. The usual "stats" nurses take can vary greatly from hour to hour, which tells me it less my body having issues that it is losing its footing at moments in the energy fluxes. The important stats are the long term average of things.
My younger brother broke his hip last fall, he did the splits in the bathroom. Hospital doctors titanium pinned the fractured hip and femur. Then the titanium broke. Then he had hip replacement surgery. I can't imagine that much pain. He is out of the wheelchair and completely on the walker. He's has pain while walking with the walker, after all that trauma, but is moving forward. He was fortunate in that he worked for a medical device company who had a really good insurance plan and he's on long term disability. He's been an inspiration to me as I work through the same mobility issues.
I don't have the pain he does. I just have a bit of mind fuck from the unexpected fall in February when my calves collapsed, but that's just a fear I have to go past. I have spent my life facing my fears, and moving through them. Honestly I didn't expect to survive the plane trip to Morocco but I did and I thrived and even grew two inches while there at age 56. I just never expected the kind of distrust of my own body after a fall - you can't communicate that it has to be experienced to know it. I know now what older people go through and how it feels. Thank God I had some Judo training as a kid and had the muscle memory of how to land a fall. Life in the later quarter of one's century requires movement, purpose, love and joy. My calves are much stronger now, that's one thing a wheel chair does strengthen. I'm saving the wheelchair for when I am at the desk or when I need to cook and eat. Otherwise it's the walker. Mid August I may be able to ditch the walker. We'll see.
I want to thank all of you who read what I write. I really appreciate it. This blog started as a search for answers, and boy did I find them! I didn't expect to deal with having answers and no way to prove some of them, although UFO disclosure is beginning to prove the truth of what I have been saying.
Those of you who donate thank you so much for your generosity. It is much needed, as I can't drive at the moment. I need to raise $1700 or better for the end of July and August.
I love you all!
