Update 1: Donations and Update

Hi everyone!  I am doing better,  my oxygen levels continue to hold steadily as they have since April.  There was a noticeable shift in April, a healing took place with my breathing and heart.  I have been slightly nervous about August and September as for the past 2 years the hospital events for low oxygen were taking place about every six months.  I am past that 6 month marker which seems to mean a cycle has been broken.

Update 1 9/21/20276:  I took this screen shot off my Apple Watch after I measured my O2.  My oxygen hasn't been this good, since before 2009.   This  is a very good news!   My legs are still a work in progress.  I will get there.

There have been moments that I have felt "off" but I think that's just the energy fluxes that are going on the planet right now.  People over 60 are feeling the planetary energy swings more severely than younger people are.  The kids came in to this planet with the new frequencies and DNA to match so they are facing a much easier adaptation period.

Even the Galactics are feeling it,  Bev got this from the Andromedan Raeno (I've redacted names);

I am still facing issues with my legs related to the vein issues, swelling, and fully walking around routinely.  Still somewhat dependent on the wheelchair  I really need to be mobile in case I have to move suddenly for some yet unknown reason.  If it turns out I can't, well I'll just trust the wherewithal will arrive with the need, but I'd prefer not to go down that scenario or create it.  On the positive side the fear of not being mobile has replaced the fear of falling again and that encourages rehab PT practice.   Nobody ever tells that when you fall when you are older it does a mind thing to you, almost like FEELING betrayed by your own body, but actually its just doing the best it could after a lengthy hospitalization last winter. Hospital stays take away muscle strength.  They even have a calculation for it.  They don't tell you that either.  The human form depends a lot on the force of gravity and movement to be strong.

I need to raise $1900 or better for the coming round of bills.   I am getting a bit shocked at the rate grocery prices are rising.   Forget any take out, what was once $12 is now $20.   Driving it all is rising prices of diesel fuel that moves all that food and grows it (tractors).

My groceries all are delivered, so I am including this if you ever find yourself in a similar situation of getting groceries delivered because you are temporarily disabled.  This will only work in urban areas, good luck if you are in rural areas.  I have no other way to get groceries.  H.E.B the big Texas grocery store bought a delivery service call Favor, but its fees are significant and only discounted on large orders. Orders larger than I can afford lately. Favor also delivers from takeout restaurants but they are not the cheapest there either.

Door Dash has a store here called Dash Mart that offers some decent deals which change daily, limited produce, but most of the prices are the same as grocery stores. Fees vary with the quantity, Door Dash calculates its suggested driver tip based on total price, which you can ignore.  But tip enough to pay for the man's fuel and time picking up the food.  I wish ride share drivers got percentage tips like Door Dash but they don't.   Door Dash will also deliver from Sprouts, Randalls, and various ethnic grocery stores.  One of the things I like about Door Dash is if a driver screws up and delivers the wrong thing or has any missing items (it happens!) they will make it right and refund the entire purchase, sometimes with an additional compensation fee to encourage you to continue using the service.

Go Puff, a store with its own delivery services offers organic eggs at $2 a dozen, Half gallon of Whole Organic milk for $5 on a regular basis and other deals which vary weekly.  Go Puff also offers a mystery bag of groceries for between $7-9 (the price seems cheaper at night) which is their way of clearing out items approaching the sell by date - and they are still fresh.   Sometimes you get shockingly good items, other times its hit and miss, but even on the misses there will be something worth the price like 2 lbs of butter (which can be frozen).  Go Puff delivery fees similar to Door Dash but both waive fees if you buy enough, but the drivers deserve their tips in any case.  I tip based on what my experience has been doing ride share driving and the effort involved.  I did ride share and I know how important tips are.  I am sure I'd be shocked by recent fuel prices had I been driving but I haven't done that since January.  But you all are facing the same issues so I am preaching to the choir on inflation.

An unrelated note on recent new attacks on Trump...  There's been surfacing on X/Twitter videos attempting to tie Trump to the Epstein island horror show.   I believe these are AI generated deep fakes.  They are coming from anonymous accounts purporting to be Q followers, but its all there to split Trump's MAGA base.  Its basic divide and conquer with a touch of the horrific.  The reason I believe that to be the case is because I think Trump was asked to be an FBI informant on Epstein because he socialized in that same income strata of wealthy people.  He knew who these people were.  Trump isn't worried about Epstein because there is no there, there.  Then there's the obvious, Trump is a germaphobe, he doesn't really like to shake hands, let alone being around kids who are sure to transmit every cold and flu virus known to man.  Just ask any mom once their kids begin going to school.

Can I explain the various Epstein files delays? Not really, but I know enormous pressure was placed by the British Royal Family (Prince Andrew and perhaps even the King) and I also suspect some major figures in Israel were involved, so the delays might be tactical and strategic.  Personally I feel the longer that Epstein shit show drags out the more it affects people's frequencies.  There is nothing good in it.  Its kind of like a boil, it needs to be lanced and drained.

I love you all!  Thank you! Every one of you!

Terran

PS: Amazon Food also delivers, prices are generally good but the fruit sucks.  I suspect they buy a lot of overseas beef given the prices.  You have to be careful about ordering accidentally from Amazon's Whole Foods division as that can get expensive (but not always).  The locals in Austin have long called the original Whole Foods, which started in this city, "Whole Wallet".

Imagine 80 years on a planet...

Noah B Price
@Trueonx

Imagine being given somewhere around 80 years on a planet floating through an incomprehensibly enormous universe, surrounded by billions of people you will never meet, mysteries you will never solve, places you will never see, and more knowledge than you could absorb in a thousand lifetimes...

...and spending the whole damn thing worrying about money, arguing with strangers, impressing people you don't even like, and doing something you hate five days a week because somebody convinced you that was life. I don't know, man. I think we may have gotten a few things terribly wrong.

Conflict or Theatre?

Terran: Thor, how much (on a percentage) are the goings on in the Middle East is conflict vs theater to misdirect from a deeper action? I figure this question is oblique enough you can answer?

Thor: TERRAN. THERE IS NO “CONFLICT”. ONLY “THEATRE”. THOR. END.

The Power of One

The empty boat theory

I thought this was an elegant way of saying this (translated from French).  -Terran

I stumbled upon the empty boat theory and since then, I haven’t looked at people the same way... Imagine you’re sailing peacefully down a river. Suddenly, a boat crashes into yours.

Your first reflex?

Anger.

You look up, ready to curse out the idiot who just rammed into you.

But you discover the boat is empty.

No one to yell at. No one to blame. No one to unload your anger on.

And almost instantly, something shifts inside you.

The impact is exactly the same, though. Your boat was hit in just the same way.

The only thing that’s gone is your need to find someone to blame.

This old parable, attributed to Zhuangzi, made me realize something pretty mind-blowing about how we relate to others.

A huge part of our suffering doesn’t just come from what people do to us.

It comes from the intentions we attribute to them.

Someone doesn’t reply to your message: they’re ignoring you.

Someone cuts you off in traffic: they’re an asshole.

Someone’s cold with you: they don’t like you.

Someone doesn’t greet you: they despise you.

The problem is, we never truly see what’s going on in other people’s heads.

So our brain fills in the blanks. And usually, it fills them however it can—and often in the worst possible way.

We think we’re the main character in a scene that, sometimes, had absolutely nothing to do with us.

That person who spoke to you sharply might have just gotten some bad news.

The one who’s stopped replying might be going through something you know nothing about.

The one who cut you off probably didn’t even notice you.

And obviously, that doesn’t mean you have to accept or excuse everything.

It just means that before letting someone get inside your head and mess with your inner state, you can ask yourself one incredibly simple question:

What if the boat was empty?

Since I grasped that, I’ve been trying to let more boats sail by.

Because we lose a phenomenal amount of inner peace battling intentions that we sometimes invented ourselves...

There are signs all around you...

I was going to post a different post, but this seems more relevant to me right now the internal work I am doing.  Perhaps it's resonant for you too? Click on the "SHOW MORE" for the complete post (sorry I looked for a parameter to do that on the X.COM embed, there isn't one).

Its exhausting to pretend you are not all that is!

I have been thinking about the last 4 years going back to summer of 2022.  hospital stays. All the strange things I have seen and experienced while in the hospital. Experiencing being treated as number and seeing and feeling much more of me coming through to keep me alive.  The long slow exploration of what the causes are.  Because it turned out not to be the standard explanation and a much more nuanced thing.  The years of things, that are hard to explain to others, but which were very real to me.

I was pondering all that, and this thought came in, from perhaps the larger part of me,  "It's exhausting to pretend you are not all that is!"   It wasn't a judgement. It was a statement of fact.   And I laughed at that and thought of all the programmed limitations that are within me.  In the California Sierra mountains, you will find cattle guard rails that are not metal, there's no pit below, it's just painted on the pavement.  Cows will not cross it.    They still think their feet will get trapped and if you are a cow, that's probably one of their top fears after mountain lions and wolves.

Who am I to think I must become decrepit as I age?  Who am I to think I have to age at all with each birthday?  Who am I to think of myself unworthy of complete love from ALL THAT IS?  Who am I to think I cannot heal unless I get access to the healing chamber I was promised 10 years ago?  Who am I to feel lonely when I am surrounded by loving hearts and minds?

I don't have a nice essay on how to be fully embrace being all that is to place before you right now.  I am still working through that.  I do know someone that embraced that journey more than a decade ago.

I suspect it's a personal journey, with a lot of self examining of what I say and what I do, and the restrictions come off the more I express the love that is ALL that IS.   I suspect like any creation there's an interactive side to it, the more we learn the more we refine our technique.

I have no use for terms of separation, whether is religious, political, and find myself cringing when I hear it.

All this will sound like word salad some new to this blog.  And that's okay.  We all start somewhere from some state of conscious.  I am quite used to being thought of as a bit kooky.  I don't care if I get to where I want to be.

This post will be updated a number of times I am sure.  There are thoughts that are not fully formed within me yet, working their way through to the surface.

Early this morning I ran into this video clip from Bashar.   The audio quality is not great so I am including the transcript here, and this link to the video clip.  It fits very well with what I was trying to express above.

There are only four absolute laws in creation.

Just four. That’s it. Just four.
1, 2, 3, 4. That’s it. There are no more laws.

Now, when we say law, we are not talking about rules.
We’re talking about laws that cannot be broken.
Cannot be broken. Impossible to break. That’s why they’re laws.

Anything else — anything that can be broken — is not a law.
It’s an agreement, a rule, a convenience, whatever you wish to call it. It’s not a law.
Even some of what you call your laws of physics are not laws, because they don’t apply everywhere in every dimension of experience. Only perhaps to your dimension, your reality.

But the four laws, briefly, before we continue, are this.

Law Number One: YOU EXIST.

You will never change that.
You will never, ever not exist.
You will change. You will never not exist.
Existence only has one quality: TO BE.

That which does not exist is different — is the other side of the coin. And both sides must be present to create the coin, or neither side can be. So if there is existence, the other side of the coin is non-existence, and that which does exist will always be one side of the coin.

There is no room in non-existence for things that exist, because non-existence is already completely full with everything that will never exist. There is no room for existence in non-existence. One will never become the other, but both come from the one.
So that’s law number one. You exist, and you always will, and you always have.

Law Number Two: The One is the ALL. The all are The One.

Every piece is not only a part of the whole, but every piece is the whole expressing itself as a part of the whole.

That’s the holographic paradox.

And THE ALL is all the pieces together, but knows itself as The One and all the pieces that it is.
There is nothing outside the one. All the pieces are the one. There is no outside.

Law Number Three: What you put out is what you get back.

I think most of you are familiar with that to some degree.

Law Number Four: Everything changes except the first three laws.

Everything changes except the first three laws — which means even the fourth law changes.
