Update 2: The need for August

 



Update 1 8/13/26:  This month was financially difficult.  This has been the pattern for August and December since 2012.  Vacation months affect donations. Thanks to my brother giving me an early birthday present and some help from my "angel" friend, I got the bills paid... mostly...  I could still use some funds for groceries but I do have some beans and rice on hand and a freezer of frozen vegetables, so I won't starve before the end of the month. 

I had a surprise blood test from a home visit nurse who works for a telemedicine Doctor.  I haven't been able to see my usual doctor due to being confined to home.   My blood test came back good and my A1C is normal.   I am noticing continuing healing but still dealing with some leg edema.   The coffee allergy thing is gone!  My oxygen levels remain normal except for a couple of days before and after 8/8/26 where it reverted to the lower baseline. 

I am using the walker now except for when I need to sit or cook food.  My legs are getting stronger and my balance is nearly normal.  I am building stamina.   I think the water in my legs/feet will improve the more I walk, that is at least my hope. I may need to go to the leg vein clinic but we will see how that goes.

PS: I will try to refrain from sharing my own emotional purgings in the future.  The energies were such that I had to put some of them in writing to release them.  I have deleted those.
