Where do Tall White "Nordics" come from?

NOT a verified image of a TALL WHITE NORDIC, but does look slightly Arcturian

These kind of viewings I can hold the flow long enough to write about a sentence or two. Any longer and I lose the flow continuity which is why the descriptions are sometimes brief.  I my try doing these with a voice recorder to get more details without typing.  The scenes here vary from temperate to tropical, it feels like there are a number of micro climates, which can support multiple forms of plant life in an area.

Denice had a telepathic data download while driving in the car, from what particular of Source we do not know. The word was Geomagnetic Differential.  She found this paper about "Telluric current anomalies" by some German researchers about areas of land with ELF waves below 1 Hz that are out of sync with surrounding areas.

Review of the data I saw it appears this was an obscure ELF station operating in sub 1hz frequencies, non-military installation (for example: the US Navy uses ELF waves to communicate with submarines - this was not about submarines).

It was using a rail network as a cheap and easily accessed large geomagnetic antenna for magnetic field manipulation of consciousness.  It appears to be a one off station.  Location unknown, no visual cues for me to locate it. Location immaterial, only important it was turned off. Very obscure installation.
