I was told The Horizon ship was 5km X 8km in size.  Essentially Oblong.  It's a combined expedition vehicle and medical facility.    So I asked whether it was this ship over New Mexico.  When they speak of local and non-local, local is Earth surface populations.  Non-local is other star nations,  human and other wise.  The Neptune Biosphere is currently in or near the atmosphere of Jupiter.

I found this really interesting. These stones were clearly cut, at very least with diamond tools, if not some other even more advanced tech.  The pyramids we see today in Egypt were stripped of their outer stone layer thousands of years ago as building materials, and what we see looks a little crude.  But these structures in this video are jaw dropping proof of highly advanced prior civilizations on this planet.
