Terran note: Essentially a stall tactic by the Chinese Elders, "has HOS" refers to the imprisonment of HATJ, who is essentially a political prisoner.

Denice: Intentional. I am looking for H’s docs to see if she had a typo. Or did the elders mirror the doc with a different spelling. In any case none of it will work. H has the keys. Lol!!!!!

In a prior conversation with a friend...

Friend: Kim, in her latest non-public video says that Putin is dead. As well as Bill Clinton. Heard Putin was having serious health problems.

Terran: What’s the url for that video?

Friend: Kim didn’t make the video public. No URL. I got notes from one of her members while watching the video.

Terran: Can you share the Kim notes?

The following notes about Kim's video to the Speak Project members were passed on to me....

• Putin died two weeks ago
• Bill Clinton had an accident this weekend and died. Don’t know when it will be revealed.
• Kim has the names of 2,000,000 Chinese in US working against US
• Kim will be revealing those names
• Kim gave 5 billion to Trump for cleanup of DS. Was used for Ghost Squads. Focused on protecting Americans.
• Hillary was promoted to High Priestess of the Word [should be 'world']
• Biden knelt before her and she will be running the White House if he wins
• Kim phoned White House about martial law and insurrection act. 
• Kim said if he does that NATO will take control. UN started threatening US military after that call. UN told military all its member nations will be against US
• Sound quality is poor so it’s hard to understand what they are saying. Dominion software issue is not Russia. She says we should actually count the ballots and will get the results needed.
• UN is trying to take control of our military. Military told UN no
• They trust the President
• The FED is trying to bail out the banks. They can’t figure out it is their fault. They have no money to buy back. They have no control or access to money now. Thanks to Kim.
• CIA is telling Trump he doesn’t have enough data about election.
• 700 “organizers souls” came in and replaced 700 souls. Therefore contradicting news.Not replacing clones with clones, but organic entities. She doesn’t clarify.
• Several white outs to day regarding alignment with central sun. This is good according to Kim, we are ready for martial law and insurrection. [I am presuming she means the insurrection act - but I haven't seen the video and don't know the note taker - Terran]
• Trump does not want her [Kim's] plan

HATJ: Consciousness, the greatest (internal/eternal) security "system" in existence

Paul highlighted "il Papa" trip to Iraq near some Babylonian Ziggurats. I think Paul wondered if there was an Enil or Enki connection.

I wasn't too interested in Francis so I didn't pay much attention to his wanderings until Paul asked. I asked Denice to inquire of Stan or Adrian which led to an interesting set of data for now. Adrian answered 

Seems some portals are wide open, "il Papa" is no longer working for Dracos but rather St Germaine. Out of money and out of luck he's going down that narrative of the violet wonder boy.

Simon Parks let slip yesterday DJT was in Switzerland getting signatures. Whether that relates to "il Papa" ventures I don't know. Adrian said the answer to that was above his pay grade. So I left it at that for now.

My experience with data, all data ...accessible data is determined by one's current state of consciousness...

...consciousness, the greatest (internal/eternal) security "system" in existence...different states of consciousness equals different levels of data accessed...however, all data is available always. "It goes as fast as you go". This, everyone is aware of within...can you imagine ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the different "levels" of consciousness operating at once on this planet? can you imagine what it takes to get anything done when each and every current state of consciousness is to be acknowledged, honored, and yet goals still accomplished? when all is done, it will be obvious that unity, and Being in UNITY, was always the case.

....to see a data "outside" of one's current state of consciousness, then expand the state of consciousness (and no, one does not need drugs, or other external methods to do so...just go within). Perhaps one will find that love is the "key", the "shortcut", Being love that is. "Words" of love, "actions" of love (specifically and particularly ritualistic), only get one so far, only to certain levels of expanded consciousness (rather limited in the complete spectrum of existence)...

In college, a professor of mine (Mysticism Class) once quoted something to the effect of, "...it is not required to master the highest state of consciousness, but rather know the state of consciousness you are in at any moment and shift within them as required and desired."

The more expanded the consciousness, the less the existence of judgment, the more data accessible.

I was never being contrite or condescending when I would say, "go within". I was not being vague when I would say, "BE LOVE, DO LOVE (BE AND DO). I was being honest. 

As promised in DC during Brian's (fun) conversation, I made my self visible first. Context proves transparency was always present, and the flipside...one cannot have transparency without context, "boyo". :)

Terran note: There is a class of beings, who Heather termed "The Divines".  They are fond of talking about "the divine plan" hoping you will think that is "God's plan" or "Source's Plan".  It's a game of word presumption, like is done in our court systems.The Chinese Elders are also in this category but I believe they have their own realm.

There is a subset of them who were human (perhaps still are) who through very rigorous spiritual practices became "Ascended Masters".  What they did is pretty remarkable given the low spiritual energies of their eras. They managed to get out the slave farm the rest of us were confined to.  Another term for them is "The Great White Brotherhood", which is a secret society within an umbrella treaty organization (in a UN like structure) at the Vatican with the Jesuits, Kroton, Free Masons, Templars, Roseline, etc.  They masters were supposed to teach humanity but according to the data collectors they only taught about 5000 people in all those years.

There has not been a whole lot said by Heather recently other than some personal comments to me.  It's kind of the moment we are in that not much can be said until it's all finished.  While its tempting to hold our breaths collectively, its also important that WE BREATHE!  Push pure love energy out into the ALL with every breath.  I will share this snippet below which is meant for ALL.

I was prepared to do this without assistance in that manner, well, in many "manners"..."graceful and easy" as we say.  Teams came out of the "woodworks" in unthinkable ways, positions, and places.  The unity throughin has been perfect and perfectly done.  A gift in every "way".  To me, my family, everyone in existence.  "Universal" is as an inadequate word as any other one attempts to label with.

Fed Investigating Massive Outage Of Its Interbank Payment System

The Federal Reserve’s critical system for interbank payments which serves as the backbone of virtually all money transfers in the US, went down Wednesday afternoon as trillions in payments suddenly ground to a halt. The outage, similar to two significant disruptions suffered by the Fed in 2019, was widespread across all payment systems maintained by the central bank, including the vital automated clearinghouse system known as FedACH, and the Fedwire Funds interbank transfer service.

ACH is a national system that processes batches of electronic funds transfers such as payroll, social security benefits, tax refunds, corporate payments to vendors and utility payments, according to the Fed’s website. The commercial service handled 62.1 million transactions a day on average in 2019 with an average value of $1,802, the latest year for which data are available.

“A Federal Reserve operational error resulted in disruption of service in several business lines,” Jim Strader, a spokesman for the Richmond Fed, said in an e-mailed statement. “We are restoring services and are communicating with all Federal Reserve Financial Services customers about the status of operations.”

Around 230 pm, FRBservices.org reported that after a roughly hour-long outage, the Fed's central bank services and FedCash were back to normal operations. While the little used FedMail did not suffer a disruption, all other services are still listed as “service disruption.”

“We are in process of restarting the Fedwire Services and National Settlement Service and expect to resume normal processing this afternoon,” the website says

So... the Great reset, eh?

Translation: the official establishment-sanctioned method of transferring money in America is currently offline!

Update (1400ET): The Fed issued a brief statement:

“The Federal Reserve Bank staff is currently investigating a disruption to multiple services. We will continue to provide updates as soon as they are available."

Is this The Great Reset?

Translation: the official establishment-sanctioned method of transferring money in America is currently offline!
