Terran note: Denice and I encountered Ambassador Mallieun in 2016. Thor introduced us to him. He is an acquaintance of Thor. The Draco Max are a human/lyran type race of beings with roots in the draco empire. Whether their DNA has roots in Lyra I do not know. Mallieun described the Draco Max as looking like people from the Middle East but as large as American NFL football linebackers, but they don't run as fast. They are not reptilian. They are the latest iteration of Draco. Ambassador Mallieun is friendly, funny, JUBILANT (he loves that word and it describes his personality). He represents his people. The Draco Max are not members of the Galactic Federation. It's significant he shows up 10 years after he first reached out. We are entering SCIFI world quicker than any one thought.
