Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are activating within you a new construct, a new belief system, that will allow you to go beyond the preordained confines of your physical minds. We have been negotiating with your higher selves for permission to give you this activation, and your higher selves have determined that the timing is absolutely right and appropriate for such an activation.

Now, this activation will not prevent you from still operating under the limitations you have always experienced that came with the territory of being physical and having a mind, but you will have the free will to move past the limitations and to move into a time where your minds are simply focusing devices, but not processing centers. What you want to process information with is your heart, however, up until this coming activation, doing so was really just a nice motto for a bumper sticker.

Soon you will actually be able to process information using the inherent wisdom in your heart. Now, all of your cells have this potential, but the overemphasis on action, on ego, and on thought has resulted in all of you utilizing your brain cells and your brain cells only for processing information and coming to conclusions. One of the reasons we have been given permission to give you this activation is because of the way that so many individuals have been targeting your minds. There has been a movement to take humanity away from your feeling senses, your intuition, and this movement has had damaging effects on the human collective consciousness. It’s time to give you the right and the freedom to move beyond that very limiting approach to seeing your world and developing your worldview.

This heart-centered, heart-based operating system is one whose time has come, and the activation of the heartmind will be felt. It will be noticeable. There will be many who will comment on how it has changed everything for them, and we look forward to seeing the tangible results on your Earth.

Missing data from Cosmic Disclosure Corey Goode Interviews Episode 3 LOC (Lunar Operations Command)

The first I learned of the LOC (lunar operations command) was when Heather did the "Tipping Point" doing last June.  I never published that doing, as I need to synch the cell call recording with the Skype data in a video to have full context of what transpired.  We had severe interference with the Skype audio and video and had to do a group cell call.  I intend to make that available soon as I do have the data but it requires a bit of work in the Adobe Premier Video editor, and will have to put the skype as titles based on time in sync to the audio... not difficult just time consuming.

The LOC at the time of our interaction last year was run by Lockheed Martin (LM).   And I was really surprised when they came thru Denice, but from Corey Goode's data they do have quite a few intuitives at the LOC.

According to the data I have the LOC has since been shutdown.

I watched the Third Episode of David Wilcock's Cosmic Disclosure video interviewing Corey Goode about LOC. This is the data I pulled this morning from Stan X, of the Sphere Alliance of Source data collectors.  It fills in a lot of missing details.

Denice: was getting some downloads that the some of the dna harvesting/replicating was done in those labs

Denice: the med facilities were for the 'secret solidiers' etc.  Not the earth elites. Tthe elites were taken care of on Earth bases

Terran: Yes Malibu and that base in the Russian base in the Ural Mountains for the elites

I've begun watching David Wilcock's interviews with Corey Goode on Gaia TV, now that its on my Apple TV box.  I have avoided watching and reading David's material so as to not front load the data I am getting from the Sphere Alliance of Source (a different and much larger group of 4000 civilizations) from group from the SSP and Blue Avian "Sphere Being Alliance" Corey Goode speaks of, which is primarily SSP factions, Blue Avians and whatever Arcturians and Sirians left that haven't already moved to the Sphere Alliance of Source.

I am going to note questions I have from these interviews and see if I can fill in the missing bits and align some of the data I have where possible.  This is from the first two episodes.

Notice also the beings use of the name "Ra" in the beings names below and the implied connection to the Law of One cult of Ra.  Ra is no longer in form, but his Earth inbodyment is.  His departure was a shock to the Blue Avians, but their real controller remained hidden behind that front man.

I was taken by Corey's somber demeanor, he's clearly a little stressed by what he is doing but I do think he's doing it from a genuine heart based on what he knows for the reasons of informing humanity, and for that courage I congratulate him.  I do think he's heavily handled and limited to what data he gets... but then so is David Wilcock limited by his "insiders".
