Sherran: These affects will wear away gradually and once families can be re-united.

Sherran: Several days are necessary for the completion of this.

Sherran: There has been so much planning and so very many "trial runs". It was expected to have happened already. It has not. We have perfected our procedure and watch and wait for the signal. The signal will be abrupt. There will be a moment and then we will engage.

AT AN upcoming summit in early December, NATO is expected to declare space as a "warfighting domain", partly in response to new developments in technology.

If it does declare space a war zone, NATO could start using space weapons that can destroy satellites or incoming enemy missiles

But what is this technology and how could it enable a war?
In a recent first for space technology, Russia has launched a commercial satellite specifically designed to rendezvous with other satellites.


The purpose of this vehicle is peaceful: it will perform maintenance tasks on other satellites in orbit.

The fact that commercial companies have this capability probably means that it already exists for global military powers.


This has caught the attention of NATO.

If a country or company can manoeuvre its own satellites into close proximity of others, then it can do so for military or sabotage purposes   potentially without detection.


Another development is France's recent announcement that it will build "bodyguard" satellites armed with either machine guns or lasers.
This follows an announcement that the US will launch a space force in 2018. Many other nations may soon follow suit.

Electronic warfare
But how would sabotage and warfare happen exactly? One method involves firing an intense beam of microwave radiation at an object.

In fact, such concepts have been tested before by the police as a means of bringing a speeding car to a halt by disabling electrical devices on the vehicle.

Such a concept deployed on satellites would constitute a "directed-energy weapon", enabling nations to disable other countries' satellites without creating large clouds of orbital debris.

You could potentially make such an attack look like an accident and deny involvement.

The use of "radio jamming" to disrupt radar and communications dates back to World War II.

By swamping a radio receiver with, effectively, radio noise, one can obscure the reception of genuine signals and render the system inoperative..

This is a little like trying to spot the light from a candle against the glare of car headlights.
Satellites are thoroughly tested for self generated radio noise before going into space.

But if a "hostile" satellite nearby were to deliberately direct broadband radio transmissions at the target satellite, then communications could be completely disrupted.

Space-based electronic warfare is likely to become an increasing concern for military planners.
In fact, many military services on Earth now depend on space technology to work.

Kinetic kills and lasers
By far the most obvious method of interfering with a satellite is a solid projectile.

Moving satellites have very high kinetic energy and momentum. If a slower moving object can be placed briefly in the path of a satellite, then the resultant collision will be particularly devastating.

These so called "kinetic kills" have previously only been used to take satellites out of commission at the end of their life, with the US, Russia China, and India demonstrating their ability to perform this.

This type of removal consists of a ground-launched missile aimed at the satellite.

If aimed at an adversary satellite, such a missile would be fairly obvious and could be tracked by other nations using radar.

A more subtle method would be to destroy a satellite owned by the country or company launching the missile and aim to produce as much debris as possible, which then lies in the orbital path of the intended target.

This could look like an accident and actually accidently occurred in 2007.

As far as kinetic weapons in space are concerned, machine guns are generally problematic due to the recoil involved.

If the weapon is fired at any angle which is not in the exact direction of the orbital path the satellite is travelling along, then a torque will be applied, rapidly changing the direction of it.

The idea of kinetic weapons has been attempted before.
The Soviet space station Salyut-3, for example, was armed with a rapid fire cannon in the mid 1970s.

Lasers are also being considered as defensive weapons, with the idea being to take out attacking satellites' solar panels.

With no power, the satellite will be unable to communicate with the ground station and is essentially lost.

The recoil from a laser is much smaller and the lack of atmosphere would allow them to perform better than on the Earth's surface.

A laser could be used to blind instrumentation on an opposing satellite thereby reducing the efficacy of either rendezvous or aiming software.

The most likely satellites to be targeted would be those dedicated to communication or observing.

With the newest research satellites able to take images down to a 30cm resolution, military versions are likely to be even better.

A nation with no communication facilities or ability to observe others will never know who has launched an attack against them.

But what would a space war look like from Earth? While sci-fi films have conditioned us to believe that space lasers would use visible light, shorter wavelengths actually produce more power..
Any observers on the surface would be unlikely to directly see any effects from space warfare, unless a kinetic kill actually breaks a spacecraft up   with debris lighting up as it re-enters the atmosphere.

That said, attacks could still affect our lives on Earth, disturbing GPS, television services and even cash withdrawals.

Nuclear weapons?
The use of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction in space is currently banned under the Outer Space Treaty and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test Ban Treaty.

But not all nuclear armed nations have ratified the latter, including the US and North Korea.

A small number of nuclear tests in space were conducted in the 1960s including Starfish Prime.
These resulted in artificial radiation belts forming around the Earth which were still detectable decades after the event   posing a danger for astronauts.

These radiation belts also disabled half a dozen satellites in low Earth orbit.

If the results of Starfish Prime are anything to go by, then clearly it would take only a handful of nuclear detonations to make space unusable for any satellites for decades to come.
Given the options now becoming available, it seems important to remember that, under the Outer Space Treaty, space is supposed to be used only for peaceful purposes and remain the domain of "all mankind".

Short Galactic Messages and a Surreal Day

The image that follows is similar to what I’ve experienced with Denice on some occasions when we were chatting about the galactics.  We’d get a word or two from what we think is a humorous little galactic nudge... we are here!

This happened to Bev this morning when she went to send me a message. Bev was really feeling whacked by the energies this morning and was curled up in a near fetal position a lawn chair in the new portal location (I moved it when I arrived as the land next door was sold).

This sketch was sent to me along with word “We’d”  but Bev didn’t do it. This is the first time we’ve seen them use the iPhone sketching ability. My text is blue...

Then I read from “The Cats” as my friends call them, advising everyone to stay home.

Nope I decided I need to earn money doing ride share thing as that windshield replacement was expensive. And I like to eat.  I felt pretty chipper in the energies because they feel kind of familiar!  So then I get this unsolicited email from Heather...

So Heather’s feeling it too and no telling what was going inside her current “hotel”.

I drive to Austin get my first ride request from a supervisor at an Austin lumber yard in Cedar Park. Cedar Park Texas is where I have had all kinds of "woo woo" happen!  Honestly I think Costco has a portal inside it. 

My iPhone suddenly goes dark like it will if the temps are over 100 F but it’s only 70 F.  I can barely read the map but I find the man, he gets in, and I reboot the phone. Fixes the issue! He was a nice man. Had a great conversation with him about lumber and  all the Trump bashing by Congress.

I drop him off and it was only an $8 ride but he gave me a $5 tip!  Not bad!  I get this message from the ride share company my account has been deactivated because of my driving record! They give me a link to look at the DMV report from a third party company and it’s a perfect driver history! WTF???   

Then I got a message from the sane ride share company someone accessed my account from Houston “was this you?”  I clicked “No”!  

After attempting to get the account reinstated for 4o minutes I decided the universe thought it best that I wasn’t in Austin today and returned home.  Not like I wasn't warned! 

After several complaints along with presenting their own document as evidence of my safe driving history the company restored my account this evening.

“SURREAL” was spot on!  And the cats warned me! So did Heather!  LOL!

This email is in response to the data/article you emailed me regarding the various bonds generated by the "judicial system/courts" , generally and historically referred to by me as "prison bonds". I intend that this response will provide an important clarification about NOW to all of you that read this. 

You would be surprised how many men and women forced into the penal system in America are already aware of the data provided in that article. At least, I was. Those that were not aware of the minute machinations, are COMPLETELY aware that the penal system is ABSOLUTELY about money, and only about money. Experiments, programming, control, abuse, are ancillary/ symptomatic of the level of consciousness operating said penal systems. 

The problem for awhile (approximately 2010), has been that even when some of those knowing men and women in said penal systems dealt with said judicial/ court system properly, they were denied remedy...and continued to be denied remedy. 

The men and women in said penal system DO NOT CARE who is to blame, what the details are, etc....THEY ONLY CARE THAT THE ABUSE, FRAUD, ETC. STOPS...NOW.  The men and women that I have had contact with during this operation, and the ones they have had contact with during their journeys, are aware of the programming these institutions are actually running...and it has been expressed all ways, that they are also aware that very few to no one "on the outside" really cares what is really going on inside the penal systems...unless you count the completely contrived and misleading "60 Days In", but that is really only for purposes of entertainment... and programming the public to a limited way of perceiving such matters and persons. 

All the data in the article you sent me was correct before March 18, 2013...The Perpetuity, "The Universal Security Agreement" addresses and deals with alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll aspects that are denying everyone remedy...and ghost operations of said unconscionable systems were permitted to operate at a significantly deteriorating pace until July 25, 2017, when all of it was obliterated, by the operators' own choices

Trump Signs Short-Term Bill To End Government Shutdown, But Border Fight Still Looms

The longest government shutdown in history ended after President Trump signed a bipartisan three-week stopgap funding measure late Friday.

Several agencies had been partially shuttered for 35 days.

"I am very proud to announce today that we have reached a deal to end the shutdown and reopen the federal government," Trump said earlier Friday in the White House Rose Garden, announcing the long-awaited bipartisan breakthrough.

By Friday evening, the House and Senate had unanimously passed the bill to fund the government through Feb. 15.

Lawmakers also authorized moving forward on a longer-term Department of Homeland Security funding bill for the rest of the fiscal year, where border security funds can be negotiated on a bipartisan basis.

The question remains, however, what exactly Trump accomplished with his firm stance against any deal without funding for a border wall, which he eventually capitulated to.

The stopgap measure does not include funding for the wall along the U.S.-Mexico border that Trump has pushed for. The Homeland Security bill does not include money earmarked for a wall, either, but a bipartisan group of lawmakers will hammer out the details over the next few weeks.

Ultimately, as the president's approval ratings tumbled and polls showed the public largely blamed Republicans for the increasingly dire situation punctuated on Friday by massive delays at major airports and recent warnings about a threat to national security Trump finally seemed to back down from his demands. At least for now.

Another shutdown looming in three weeks?

Trump seemed to revive earlier deal-breakers as he ended his speech, warning that if negotiations over the next three weeks don't result in funding for the "powerful wall or steel barrier" he has demanded, "the government would either shut down again" or he would declare a national emergency to build the wall.

"I have a very powerful alternative, but I didn't want to use it at this time. Hopefully it will be unnecessary," Trump teased at the beginning of his remarks about the extreme measures which would very likely face legal challenges in court.

"We do not need 2,000 miles of concrete wall from sea to shiny sea," the president added, showing an openness to some technology efforts that some Democrats have signaled they could back. Still, he reiterated proposals to build barriers in specific areas identified by the Border Patrol, strengthen security at legal ports of entry and provide humanitarian assistance to those who have crossed the border.

"Walls or barriers or whatever you want to call it will be an important part of the solution," said Trump, who has regularly contradicted himself on how he describes the promised wall.

Trump insisted later Friday evening on Twitter that the deal "was in no way a concession."
Democrats take a victory lap
Trump and Republicans had long maintained any deal to end the shutdown must include funding for the border wall the president wants, which was his key promise during the 2016 campaign. But Democrats said they should reopen the government and then resume talks, which is exactly what Friday's deal does.

Democratic leaders argued their conference's unity is what eventually caused Trump to cave.

"The American people do not like it when you throw a wrench into the lives of government workers over an unrelated political dispute," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., told reporters. "Hopefully now the president has learned his lesson."

The first signs of a crack in Trump's resolve came earlier this week. After House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said he could not give the State of the Union address until after the shutdown, Trump threatened to hold the annual speech someplace else. But he backed down hours later and said he would defer to Pelosi.

It's unclear when the State of the Union, which had been slated for next Tuesday, will happen following Friday's deal to end the shutdown. Pelosi told reporters that it is "not planned now" and that she had told Trump "when the government is opened we will discuss a mutually agreeable date."

Pelosi, a veteran appropriator, said she was hopeful the three-week talks would produce a deal on border security, though she didn't answer a question about whether that may include any funding for even portions of a wall. She has repeatedly said she is opposed to a wall and has called it "immoral."

"I see every challenge or every crisis as an opportunity," Pelosi said.

Speaking on the Senate floor shortly after Trump endorsed the deal, McConnell said he too was optimistic, but with some caveats..

"Going forward, I hope Democrats will stay true to the commitment they have stated constantly over the past weeks that once government was reopened, they would be perfectly willing to negotiate in good faith on full-year government funding that would include a significant investment in urgently needed border security measures, including physical barriers," McConnell said.

Consequences of the prolonged shutdown

Federal employees who have been working without pay or are furloughed would also get back pay as part of the agreement, though it's unclear how long that might take.

The American Federation of Government Employees says workers could get back pay as soon as next Thursday, but the union says it is also possible they won't get paid until their next scheduled pay date during the week of Feb. 4.

A senior administration official says "the administration is taking steps to ensure that they receive pay as soon as possible."

Federal contractors also impacted by the shutdown would not get any back pay.
The breakthrough comes as federal workers missed their second paycheck in a row, now going without their salaries for more than a month. Trump thanked those workers, calling them "patriots" and said they have "suffered" far greater than anyone but they and their families can understand.

The prolonged stalemate pushed the nation's security and infrastructure to the brink, with significant flight delays at major airports due to Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration absences escalating on Friday. The FBI also warned that critical crime-fighting measures have been curtailed with its agents limited and working without pay.

How it began

The shutdown began on Dec. 22, when Republicans still had control of a lame-duck Congress following their loss of 40 seats in the House in November 2018.

After two years of unified control, the GOP president was unable to push through Trump's signature campaign promise which he repeatedly said during the 2016 campaign that Mexico would pay for and there seemed to be an urgency to his last push.

Egged on by conservative media and pundits, Trump drew a line until he didn't.

Schumer said the lesson Trump should take away from the quagmire is that Pelosi, who reclaimed the speaker's gavel at the beginning of January, should not be taken lightly.

"No one should ever underestimate the speaker, as Donald Trump has learned," Schumer said.

Extreme volatility in a key funding market for banks as 2018 came to a close should serve as evidence that the U.S. Federal Reserve ought to be prepared to serve as a backstop to prevent the market from seizing up, Bank of America Merrill Lynch analysts said on Friday. 

The $2.2 trillion repurchase agreement (repo) market enables banks and Wall Street to raise short-term cash to finance their trades and loans by using Treasuries and other securities as collateral. 

On Dec. 31, the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), a gauge on overnight repo rates, jumped to 3.15 percent, which was 75 basis points above the interest on excess reserves (IOER), or what the Fed pays banks on the excess reserves they leave at the central bank. Prior to the year-end spike, SOFR was running one basis point to six basis points above IOER. 

If repo rates, some of which jumped above 5 percent that day, were to experience such sharp spikes more frequently, they could disrupt financial markets and cause other money rates to break above the top end of the Fed's target range. 

"Treasury (repo) volatility has raised questions as to how and when the Fed steps into money markets to intervene in order to cap or smooth volatile repo markets," strategists Mark Cabana and Olivia Lima wrote in a research note released on Friday. 

Repo rates often rise at year-end as banks and dealers pare their lending activity to conserve their cash to meet regulatory requirements. Still the most recent jump in repo rates was unusually large, according to Cabana and Lima. 

This suggests the repo market "has become increasingly fragile and sensitive to shifting behavior of key market participants, especially banks and dealers," the strategists wrote. 

The Fed adjusted the IOER rates twice in 2018 in a bid to 
encourage banks to lend their reserves in the repo and federal funds market rather than to leave them at the central bank. 

"We believe the Fed will ultimately need to be the repo backstop of last resort after the banking system exhausts it willingness to swap reserves for (Treasury) repo," Cabana and Lima said. 

They said the Fed will need to introduce a new program tokeep a lid on repo rates. 

In the minutes of their Dec. 18-19 policy meeting, Fed policymakers expressed an interest in learning about possible more "ceiling tools" to strengthen their control of the policyrate.(Reporting by Richard Leong; Editing by Steve Orlofsky)

The subject of "The Domain" came up on the twitter feed of @TS_SCI_MAJIC12 . I've encountered a lot of hidden groups but "The Domain" is a new one. Apparently the Andromedans/Plieadians/Orian and Lyran's I talk to are not part of this group.  The person behind that Twitter feeds claims to be one of the original Majestic 12 people that kept UFOs secret.   He's now revealing a lot of data.   A lot of it rings true to what I know, the creation account does not.   Feels similar to Sitchin's theories. But other than that its quite an interesting twitter account and parallels a lot of Qanon but with additional data about the space programs since the 1940s.

Is it Wednesday Yet?

I found this speech from Designer Jony Ive, of Apple Inc as he accepted an award in England.  Yesterday I found my patience for the slow pace of changes running a bit thin.   I saw this and it reminded me an inside joke that started with Heather's youngest son always asking the question "Is it Thursday Yet?"   He was always expecting something big to happen on a Thursday.  That over time has morphed into "Is it _____day yet?"  Whatever day one felt would match the joke.  The interesting thing about this conversation is that it occurred before either one of us saw the new Gaia Portal....

Heather sent me this note below this morning, I'm posting these accounts as we track the odd little things in the Knox County Jail so there's a record in public view.  The women seemed to get locked down a lot more than the men. When there's a shortage of male guards, the female guards are moved into control console positions and the male guards are moved into the male side of the prisons.  The female inmates are locked down during this for days at a time, due to "lack of staff".  The resigning female guards quit and the reasons they give to inamtes are they don't like how they are told to treat the female prisoners.  So this staff shortage is management attitude issue.  

Just because someone has a colored jumpsuit doesn't suddenly make them non-human.  There are plenty of people in there who shouldn't be in there at all.  Tennessee is an ostensibly Christian state, and the scriptures remind its believers to treat prisoners the same way they'd treat Jesus. Prisoners, widows, orphans are all to be treated with respect. A human being is known by how they treat those in unfortunate circumstances.

Heather remains in good cheer, as always, in face of continual lock downs, random searches of her cell, and missing email communications.   She knows this will be resolved, one way or another. As it flows.

soooooooo....... our cell has been searched twice in a week, plus another check by corp. thornbury... a supervisor and officer osterman tossed it the night before last... and i was told officer osterman was hand picked to search my cell with the supervisor (not sure if he was a corp, lt. , sgt. , etc. ), although the inmates reported that it was the supervisor doing the cell search, while osterman stood at the door, lol

cell searches are supposed to be random

my cellmate, amber, came back to our cell at lockdown tonight reporting that she was up at the desk while the new pod officer was speaking with inmates about cell searches and how they were random... amber, asked why we were searched twice in less than two weeks if it was supposed to be random....pod officer laughed and said that was because they are trying to catch me with things i shouldn't have... she asked how amber liked having me as a cellmate, and she told her i was awesome (i think amber is still overjoyed because she kicked me bum in our most recent UNO tourney lol! )...pod officer apparently responded that i seem pretty cool

when amber recounted all to me, i told her i am aware of the "facilities" orders they have been given (and the exposures that results/resulted for them in re to dirty fbi, doj, varlan, etc. , from our sting operation... and other past instances... to their already existing corruption and fraud)... i told amber if they find anything, it's because the facility's employees will have planted it... i search my cells multiple times a day (unless we have been in lockdown), especialy when i have cellmates... no offense to my cellmates... "awareness" is the best form of prevention for everyone!
