TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

In the past two weeks (what the British call a fortnight) I have been approached about the banking system by two different people thousands of miles apart.  I am not going to comment on whether these "nibbles" are real or not. I really don't know!  They have been slightly odd. When an in-person meeting occurs I'll know, but probably after the fact.  My role is different.

I want to make something VERY CLEAR.  I am not a lawful signatory on the banking system.  I am not schooled in law, particularly the very arcane world of UCC law of the commerce and banking systems.  You wouldn't want me as your lawyer.  So let's not play the game of telephone.

I will not NOT be the middle man messenger to Heather.  With my skill set it's dangerous, superfluous, and just plain stupid for me to do so.  And stuff will get lost in translation.  Heather speaks several languages, I do not. I will not give out Heather's contacts without her okay.

Heather has made it abundantly clear in her filings All must be done in complete transparency and in person with her.  And there's an additional item of overdue pardons for two innocent people.  

Those to whom this note applies to, already know her location and contacts. There's no need for games. Her requirements are in her filings in any case.  It's not complex.  I do not need to be within that loop.

There's a mistaken belief, by some, that if they stay out of proximity of Heather she won't be able to know what they are up to. That's a known view of magi within the banking systems because of their limited mindset of their training. BELIEVE me, as someone who has worked with this kind human being since 2013, she knows regardless of distance.  So just be straight up about everything. She doesn't care about your past.  She cares about the planet.  That is her mission. 

There is not a human being on Earth with more compassion, love and patience than Heather.  Honestly, its a better thing to be meet her directly.

Remember Lareche', Morocco (it was after the so-called "roll-over crash/w waiting ambulence" in front of Maria and Ottoman Benis' house)... when a whole crew went from Aouchtam to view the "Cork Forest" property on the water (a property that sat in the middle of/was surrounded by militaries, foreign and domestic)?  My face looked like I was a Who character out of Dr. Suess...remember the build-up, the flow, and the aftermath of Lareche'?  The frequential/vibrational doings were "off the chart."  All the details!  My family and I went to Tangier for a few days to recover after Lareche before returning to Aouchtam.  

Apparently, looking like a Dr. Suess Who is "my best face" in this moment, lol!

Conversation with Thor about the financial system and non-local involvement 4/7/2021

I expressed some frustration with the various narratives and agendas being expressed right now.  They delay choices and events from moving forward.  And the most brain dead meme of all is that revealing the existence of ETs diverts attention from pedophiles!  It's ludicrous on its face.  I mean when you're pumping the cesspool with the honey-wagon do you really want to spend a lot of time there holding your hose? Or do you want to get it over as quickly and as efficiently as possible?  The nose can only endure so much. 

There is no denying pedophilia is a horrible scourge on this planet.  I guess my frustration is if you know who is involved with it, arrest them and get whatever it is you are going to do with them over with! And there's been a lot of hinting that vengeance is coming for them, according to some sources. It can't be any worse frequency wise for the planets frequencies than their behaviors are!  I don't know if pedophiles can be reformed.  I suspect not with current Earth knowledge and techniques. There are certain traits that die with the body, then the essence is released to go to a new life free of that mental baggage and the memories that are stored in soft body tissues. Or possibly exile them  to a remote place until the end of their days? Sterilize them against procreating kids that could be further abused in exile.  That may be more than they deserve, but it is a possible humane option. Just get them away from the kids and out of government, entertainment, business, and education!  . Some of the galactics have specialists who work with criminals, but I didn't inquire when I got that data as to what they did with those who abuse children. I do know that they value their childeren very highly and that child care givers and teachers have more training than a ship commander. THAT'S how serious they take the next generations.   

There is no hell or heaven, Dante (St Germaine in an Italian life) wrote those beliefs (this Earth is certainly hell for many humans... the Earth was once Paradise - but that's another story).  Karma is an invention of the Draco who ran the soul trap that recycled beings without full informed consent.  There's an odd thing about humans, we can hold conflicting ideas simultaneously. Humans can believe what they were taught in catechism is truth, and still acknowledge the people who taught it, have been pedophiles since the institution was formed. Its an anomaly of humanity we all deal with in one form or another. Maybe, just maybe, what they taught you was to make you subservient to those who would control you?  You were taught you were born evil because of Adam and Eve. Yet Jesus said “Blessed are the children”. A person who believes they are worthless makes a better slave.

It's the judgement and hatred being meticulously cultivated that is harming the frequencies of the planet, and that only feeds the beings who have been running this place. IT'S HOLDING THINGS UP!  Would you feed termites more wood?

Do what you need to do as a guardian and a protector. If you really are a protector.  As the marines say, "let God sort them out". Do it as calmly as Navy Seal would with a terrorist.  Do you think the soldier concerns himself with the particulars of his target?  Does he blog about them? Nope. So you can be pretty sure that those who do are not real soldiers, at least not anymore.  I was never a solider, but then I grew up in a Church founded by an ex-Quaker. The draft ended a year before I had to face that issue. My father was a fighter pilot, and a former drill instructor. I have come to see in my old age there is a time for war.  Especially to protect life. Fatherhood will do that to you. 

More than anything, it's the frequency war with the occupiers of this planet that is paramount in importance.  Pump it full of hate and anger and you're going to have one hell of a time freeing it. But maybe for some, that's the whole point?.  The controllers are experts in bringing out the lower emotions in humans.  Has there been an op as subtle and deviously devised as COVID19? That may be hard to understand to those who are used do doing warfare and psyops the old way, with vitriol and hatred, but it was done that way precisely because it gave them a kind of energy they feed on.  Think bigger.  All wars were/are banker wars. I mean really is there very many people left in either America or the UK that isn't aware of the massive pedophile rings of people in powerful positions?  

I have similar frustrations with the lack of movement on cleaning up the corruption and financial systems.  It always circle back to the schemes of the ones who got us into this spot. Lots a of talk, lots of players pointing fingers at each other, as if they were never involved when they really were deeply involved.  We have said since 2012, the Chinese Elders run the banks worldwide.  They run the CCP too.  We were the first to speak of the "Old man of China" or "Grandfather" who is 5000 years old. Then Ben Fulford and others acknowledged that he exists. There's not a need for an ounce of Gold or silver, except in the transition, because every human being has been the value behind the banking system, fiat banking is not something the federal reserve funds itself with, that's what commerce banks do.   There's never been enough gold allusion to cover the true creative value behind the financial system (people), which they are currently locked out of because they stole it from humanity.  So they fight over minerals in Durango, and other "super sites", hoping those illusions of value with carry their agendas of control forward.

LOOK BEYOND APPEARNCES #HATJ

 

Emily of the UK brought this to my attention. Its a conversation BZ Riger had with Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf in 2017.  This was long before the Mueller Special Prosecutor hearings on "Russian Collusion" and Peter Strzok's spectacular downfall. (his crew arrested Heather and wiretapped and persecuted Trump and his aides with planted "evidence").  

I have had many similar conversations with Heather in private but I don't have a recording of those.  There maybe some off a hard disk if that disk survived all the moves I did between 2013 and 2018.  But I can't guarantee that.   

It's easy to forget what you're told in the heat of the moment when it feels like the world is crashing down on you.  Thought I'd post it here as I regain my footing after a very disappointing couple of weeks.  It applies as much to this moment as it did in the heat of the court battle in Tennesee in 2017 and 2018.

Youssef, Zac, Lisa, Bill, and BZ:

Youssef and Lisa have the last email (July 15, 2020?) regarding data about BOP setting/changing/extending a new "outdate" for me, that is not just about an "outdate" but is also determinative for "eligibility" for "home confinement", "halfway house", etc.  As of today, the beings in this facility point at Grand Prairie TX with no further information forthcoming, and no way to contact Grand Prairie directly from in here.  

There is a so-called "administrative remedy" (8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, etc. forms) that, by my personal observations over a two-year period, is unnecessarily an variably tedious and sabotaged, from facility level to Grand Prairie level, as to make remedy hard to get, if remedy is attainable at all, and that is coupled and riddled with retaliatory actions during said "process"... "follow the money trail"...

...CA's Pelosi, Schiff, Feinstein, etc...

At the moment, all actions being done and to be done, at any level... for any matter... is Washington, D.C... they are on their third(?) Director of BOP since I have arrived, Attorney General Barr, FBI, et al.

The new data today is that, as of last week, some women in this facility are receiving anywhere from 1 month to over 2 years OFF their "sentences", with many releases occuring now to the end of the year for those who originally were not to be released until 2021, 2022, 2025, etc.  

As of this moment, and from current data today, I appear to be the only one who RECEIVED EXTRA TIME TO SERVE, with no explanation for said increase.  

There is other data regarding all that is being done in this matter, that is big picture dissolution and solution, however, that shall be known by All, including each of You, as it is experienced by each One.  I may guard each One's opportunity and space to believe, BE and DO as they feel and choose to, and yet many disregard, or unaware that their said BEING, DOING, and choices do not preclude my own.  LOL.  

Not all details of every moment are required to be front and center (hence the "contact list" doing [queen and bowie's "under pressure"...have you ever really listened to those lyrics, I mean really?, lol] during cosmic-balance doings specifically done in this facility during that time regarding many facets), however, every detail is lovingly and consciously planned and actioned.

Zimbabwe isn't the only country suspending its inflation statistics for the next six months.

Venezuela has also done the same, after inflation in the South American country printed a red hot 1,698,488% in 2018.

Zimbabwean officials need to collect comparable data since the introduction of the new currency in February. The last time this happened, it was 2009, when the country dropped the Zimbabwe dollar in support of American dollars after inflation climbed to 500 billion percent.
Steve H.. Hanke, a professor of applied economics at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, told Bloomberg that if the black-market exchange rate is used, Zimbabwe's annual inflation rate is 558%, three times more than the official rate published by the government..

Jee-A van der Linde, an economist at NKC African Economics in Paarl, South Africa, said abandoning the official annual rate is "no real loss from an analytical perspective," adding that "these elevated inflation readings did little more than create panic and damage what little confidence was left."

Countries that are in crisis tend to halt the publication of inflation data. In 2013, the IMF condemned Argentina for manipulating its inflation data.

The dollar peg was dropped in February, and the return of the Zimbabwe dollar in June has led to the rapid depreciation of the currency officially trading at 9.0347 to the dollar on Aug. 6.

The government has said it had no other alternative but to reintroduce its own currency amid foreign-currency shortages, something that Hanke objects.

"The Achilles heel is the introduction of the new currency to the exclusion of the dollar," he said. "They have decided to go in the completely opposite direction and claimed it's the best thing since sliced bread and it's going to be an absolute disaster."

Japhet Moyo, secretary-general of the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions, has warned that cost of essential services jumped 400% this year while pay has risen only by 10%. This has left many millions of people broke and starving.

About 59% of rural Zimbabweans, or about 5.5 million people, don't have food, a new report by the United Nations and aid groups said last month.

It's entirely possible that the return of street protests over collapsing economic conditions could flare-up in the coming months as there is only so much Zimbabweans will tolerate before an outright economic collapse.

I've been have snippets of memories returning.  It's funny what triggers them, a movie scene, art, music, but the emotional wallop they pack is astounding.

When I was living in Portland last summer I had a big one hit while watching the Chinese TV series called "The Disguiser" on Netflix.  I love foreign movies and don't mind the English subtitles.  It's like watching a movie on Skype I suppose.

There is a character called Ming Tai, who was in the Chinese resistance against the Japanese Imperial invasion of Hong Kong and Shanghai during WWII. 

One scene had the wealthy protagonist driving with a young lady in an open top 1930s coupe with big headlights down a road lined with large timber bamboo.   It was like getting slapped in the face as I knew that image and I realized I knew the entire story because it was either my, or Nabrac's story prior to this American incarnation.   Stan X confirmed it was from the Nabrac experiences, he had the experience of being Ming Tai and explains his familiarity with the Chinese culture. I knew the entire plot as it was my story!   I was gob smacked.

I had a couple more of those moments this week.   The 2nd one came while watching a Canadian film about Chinese Americans in Seattle, called "Dim Sum Funeral".   The matriarch of the family (spoiler alert) fakes her death to unite her squabbling children (who do not speak Chinese) before she really does die of liver cancer.   The children don't like each other all that much, mostly because the mother was mean and pitted them against each other as they were growing up.   The movie is about reconciliation. 

In one scene a famous Chinese Pianist comes to the funeral from China to pay his respects, he's a past secret lover of the mother and a secret father to one of the children.  While he's outside by the pool doing the ancient art of Tai Chi, the siblings quietly join in the Tai Chi exercises.  The scene was sweet but emotionally it was devastating for me.  Huge lump in my throat like I have lived a moment like that. I don't know where or when but it was sooooo familar.  Its likely from the Ming Tai inbodyment of Nabrac.

The third incident has been building for sometime.  It started with this song which was published the week Heather and I left the Italian Alps, the timing is most interesting to me (another codex hit):

For me the song is a deeply haunting tune, but I didn't exactly know why.   It speaks to emotions most men have about women we love.

Yesterday I was watching a documentary on NHK (in English) about the anime director Miyazaki and his creative process while developing the movie Ponyo.  Miyazaki takes a trip to the Tate Museum in London (another internal codex point, as I used to deliver limited edition art prints for a printing company as a teenager to the Tate Museum in Scottsdale Arizona).  Miyazaki is deeply moved by the painting "Ophelia" by Sir John Everett Millais. 

It's a remarkable painting (shown below in part) for its detail.  A woman in elegant gown floating blissfully alive in water.   Which pinged another internal codex item in me, the Lady in the Lake of King Arthur legends, which if memory serves me was Heather (I need to check my notes).  Not that I know what that was all about, legends often diverge in amazing ways from the original story.  The "Tree of Life" is a good example of this stuff of myths, what was done as a cosmic joke became a religious icon.  The Humor gets lost in religion.  More on that later.  BTW, KP was Merlin of that time, and now he's a Hawaiian "Merlin" opening and closing star gates and energy vortices. 

Which led me to ask this of Stan X:

I thought I'd share how this internal codex thing works, its not just about memory retrieval, its also works as a data verifier. 

For example, Heather (who taught me about internal codices) had a crush on some TV actor named "Parker" as a young girl.   When ever the name Parker comes up in her experiences, it generally points to either someone who is not what they claim, or someone playing or acting a role, as is "Parker" who was the FBI agent in the TN trial. 

Since all reality is specific to the person experiencing it, everyone has their own unique internal codex.  To make use of it, you first have to be aware that you control your reality and experience and are NOT a victim of circumstance (that's a hard one to learn), and that the ALL is constantly communicating to you while you are experiencing in myriads of ways.  Jung called this "synchronicity".  Messages can come from art, frequently in music, and strangers you met once.   You can always ignore the messages, but its there to make your journey more pleasant.  It's all choice.   

Since the ALL is everything, it communicates through everything.

Just a heads up.  Heather has initiated the protocol we have for when she expects she will be moved or released. 

Hopefully  something might be underfoot for the non-violent male prisoners too, 

I have not seen any news articles for either male or female pardons but that doesn't mean blanket pardons are not in the works either.  But it kind of makes sense, if there are mass arrests coming up, you need space to put them in.   There are so many people in for non-violent bogus "crimes" (like the homeless woman recently in CT who was put in jail recently for the "crime" of enrolling her daughter in a better school district. And there's lots of people in Federal Prison for marijuana possession, etc...

I may be asking for assistance for getting her back to her family in Boston.  We'll see how that works out, if its in June I may be able to take care of that myself.  Really depends on the timing.

BZ said she could drive down to California (a 15 hr trip) or perhaps fly.  Frying from Seattle to SFO is $217.   And then there would be the fare for Heather to Boston.  If BZ meets her it would give Heather a chance to see her sister and dad in Seattle before going to Boston.

Skye: Yesterday and today stuff has been happening outside and inside my house lol... Am going to copy here the convo I've been having with Martha about it... Our boys are definitely here

Skye quoting a conversation with Martha: SOOOOO... last night with i was chatting with Martha she suggested i go outside and see if there was anything in the sky flying around.... :) This is what happened next...  

"ok well i'm back inside and something did happen but not what i expected
NOTHING in the skies... no planes... no ships... nada nada nada  

we have no streetlights here so it's dark. i crossed the road from the house to where i just look over fields ( i can see all the lights from the base in the distance) and i was asking Saul if he would show himself... kind of meaning would his ship flash.... But what i saw was a light flash in the field!  

It was a yellow beam of light...quite a wide beam... I thought it was someone's torch.... but no one appeared...."

Skye to Martha: Well.... the weirdest thing happened. i took some photos outside the house then went back across the road to the field and asked Saul if he was there to give me a sign. And this time the whole of that part of the field was lit up :) 

I was completely baffled! I was looking to see if it was the moon - no moon as it's cloudy...And in the corner of the field by the trees it looked as though i could see someone's silhouette.. I was actually quite shocked! I took some photos. 

I then walked down the road to check it wasn't a light coming from someone's garden, but it didn't seem possible. 

When i walked back up to the field the light was gone.... " Skye yesterday at 3:28 PM

Is it Wednesday Yet?

I found this speech from Designer Jony Ive, of Apple Inc as he accepted an award in England.  Yesterday I found my patience for the slow pace of changes running a bit thin.   I saw this and it reminded me an inside joke that started with Heather's youngest son always asking the question "Is it Thursday Yet?"   He was always expecting something big to happen on a Thursday.  That over time has morphed into "Is it _____day yet?"  Whatever day one felt would match the joke.  The interesting thing about this conversation is that it occurred before either one of us saw the new Gaia Portal....
